General Return Policy
- All product returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. You may obtain an RMA number by contacting Customer Service through any of the methods provided.
- Any return for a refund may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Any defective products return will not be charged restocking fee.
- Any return item that was shipped free will be accessed actual shipping fee from the return amount.
- If you return any products that are not eligible for return, it will be sent back to you at your cost and expense. Following outlines ineligible returns:
- Any product not purchased from hippo-deals.com
- Any product without a valid, readable serial number, including but not limited to products with missing, damaged, altered, or otherwise unreadable serial number
- Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, cables, and all other items originally included with the product
- Any product from which the UPC code has been removed from its packaging
- Any product that exhibits physical damage
- Any product for which you have submitted a mail-in rebate

Items covered by this policy (those products for which hippo deals states "This item may be returned for a replacement or refund within 30 days only") must be returned to hippo-deals within 30 days of the invoice date for this policy to apply. "Return" constitutes receipt of the product by hippo-deals, and not the mere issuance of an RMA.
Limited Replacement Only Return Policy

- Products that state "This item is covered by hippo-deals's Replacement Only Return Policy", or items labeled as "Non-refundable" (or similar labeling) must be returned to hippo-deals within 30 days of the invoice date for this policy to apply. Products covered by this return policy may only be returned for a replacement of the same or equivalent item, if the original is no longer available. "Return" constitutes receipt of the product by hippo-deals, and not the mere issuance of an RMA.
